The school now offers a streamlined digital experience via the Vidhya Portal (eCampus) for secure and convenient fee transactions.

Step-by-Step Guide to Online Fee Payment
- Access the Payment Portal:
Visit our official school website and click the ‘eCampus’ button at the top. This will redirect you to the Vidhya Portal (eCampus). - Login Credentials:
Use the Admission Number provided by the school and the Date of Birth (DOB) of the student to log in. - Navigate to Dashboard:
Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to your personalized dashboard. - Go to Payments Section:
Click on the Payments tab. Here, you will see a list of:- Pending Fees
- Paid Fees
- Select and Pay Fees:
Choose the pending fee(s) you wish to pay. You may opt for:- Full Payment
- Partial Payment (if allowed)
- Choose Payment Method:
You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway offering multiple options:- UPI
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Payment Confirmation:
Once the payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please save or print this as your official receipt.
Handling Payment Issues
- If the payment fails or no confirmation is received, do not attempt the transaction again immediately.
- First, check your bank or card statement to verify if any amount has been debited.
- If debited and no confirmation is received, the system will automatically reconcile the transaction, and the receipt will be generated within 2 working days.
- If no debit occurred, please retry the payment.
- Always note down your Transaction ID or Reference Number for future tracking.
Terms & Conditions
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection before starting the payment.
- The school is not liable for payments made using incorrect admission numbers or credentials.
- Once the payment is processed successfully, no duplicate payments or refunds will be entertained unless proven.
- Any discrepancy in fee payment must be reported to the school office within 3 working days of the transaction.
- The system will treat the transaction confirmation email as valid proof of payment.
- Ensure your email ID and phone number registered with the school are up to date for receiving timely alerts and confirmations.
